Job summary

Focus Digital is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Project Manager to bridge our strategic client work and delivery teams. This role emphasizes account management, client communication, and translating SEO/PPC strategies into actionable insights.

You will build relationships, present progress, and ensure campaigns align with business objectives while staying current with industry best practices. This is a fully remote role with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing account management.
• Proven track record of delivering results that meet business objectives.
• Strong communication and client management skills; experience presenting to executives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
• Conduct regular client calls and meetings to present progress, explain strategy rationale, and gather feedback
• Translate complex SEO and PPC data and strategies into clear, understandable business insights for clients
• Create and present monthly and quarterly performance reports, focusing on ROI and business impact
• Collaborate with internal strategists to develop comprehensive SEO and PPC strategies for client accounts
• Manage client expectations by setting realistic timelines and ROI projections aligned with our agency methodology
• Review campaign performance and strategies developed by our execution teams to ensure quality and alignment with client goals
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and clients to ensure smooth project delivery
• Provide strategic recommendations for campaign improvements and expansion opportunities
• Stay current with SEO and PPC best practices to provide informed strategic guidance to clients
