Job summary

Vehlo is seeking a Digital Marketing Account Manager to join our fast‑growing team. You will manage client marketing strategies, coordinate with Sales, Development and Marketing Services, and drive performance across PPC, SEO and content initiatives for automotive repair clients.

Remote, hybrid, or office‑based work arrangements are possible, with travel less than 5%. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in digital marketing or account management and a knack for client success and data driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or similar work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in a digital marketing or account management role.
• Google certifications in Analytics, Search, Ads and Display are preferred.
• Proven track record in knowledge and utilization of PPC, SEO, and social media marketing best practices.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Strong people skills, in‑person and over the phone.
• Internet savvy with excellent computer literacy and typing skills.
• Excellent grammar and written skills.
• Works well in a team environment.
• Independent thinker and self‑starter.
• Able to meet deadlines and work with a schedule.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to build trusting relationships both digitally and over the phone.
• Execute regular account reviews with assigned accounts; maintain a high retention rate and translate value‑based results to customers.
• Review, analyze, and communicate opportunities within the scope of internet marketing strategy per account.
• Identify and troubleshoot underperforming client accounts by tracking and measuring performance with tools.
• Document, maintain, and follow through with accurate customer notes and data in the CRM.
• Work cross‑functionally with Sales, Development, Production & Marketing Services teams to drive results.
