Job summary

LMG Staffing Solutions seeks an Account Director, Client Services for a fully remote, full-time role in the United States. You will lead executive client conversations, own key relationships, and drive strategy and delivery across Strategy, Creative, Technology, and Operations teams.

You will be accountable for guiding planning, scope, and budgets, while identifying opportunities to expand partnerships and bring in new business.

Qualifications

• 7 to 10+ years of progressive experience in account management, client services, project management, or related fields.
• Experience in digital marketing, strategy, and integrated agency environments is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and project delivery with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of key agency accounts and oversee both client relationship and project delivery.
• Lead quarterly planning, business reviews, and executive presentations with clients.
• Develop account growth plans and identify opportunities for additional projects and services.
• Coordinate cross-functional work across Strategy, Creative, Marketing, and Technology teams.
• Manage new business pitches, RFP responses, and proposals while maintaining accountability for results.
