Placements24 is seeking a Digital Literacy Program Coordinator for a fully remote role with a nonprofit focused on bridging the digital divide. You will design curriculum, recruit and train facilitators, and manage program logistics to deliver digital skills education.

Responsibilities include monitoring progress, collecting data, reporting on KPIs, engaging partners, and ensuring effective online and blended learning.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Technology, Social Sciences, or related field.
• Experience in program coordination, project management, or community development.
• Understanding of digital literacy concepts and online learning platforms.
• Experience in curriculum development or training facilitation is desirable.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and refine digital literacy curriculum and training materials for diverse learners.
• Recruit, train, and support a team of facilitators.
• Plan and manage scheduling and logistics of online and blended learning programs.
• Monitor program progress, collect data, and prepare KPI reports.
• Engage with community partners and stakeholders to promote participation and sustainability.
• Ensure effective and efficient delivery of digital literacy sessions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to online platforms and tools.
• Contribute to program evaluation and continuous improvement efforts.
