Job summary

Digital Moment, a fully remote Canadian education nonprofit, seeks a Digital Literacy Lead to guide regional educators and nationwide outreach. You will design and implement the national outreach strategy, promote the AI Literacy Framework, and scale professional learning across provinces.

You will lead a distributed team, provide coaching, and actively engage with ministries, school boards, and education partners to advance our mission of AI literacy for youth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership in education, non-profit, or edtech.
• Experience designing multi-region outreach strategies and training rollouts.
• Proven track record in educator engagement and partnership development.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute national outreach and educator training across Canada.
• Lead a distributed team of Regional Educators; provide coaching and performance tracking.
• Engage senior stakeholders, pitch AI Literacy Framework, and manage partnerships.
• Monitor KPIs and translate field insights into strategic recommendations.
