Western Resource Advocates (WRA) seeks a Digital Engagement Specialist to grow our supporter base and optimize digital fundraising and advocacy campaigns. This role collaborates with Development, Government Affairs, and program teams to drive content marketing and strategic digital initiatives.

The position offers flexible arrangements including remote work within our seven-state region or a hybrid/office setup, with travel to meet program goals.

Formación

• 3+ years in web and email management and digital engagement strategies.
• Experience with marketing CRMs and growing email lists.
• Experience coordinating content creation with multiple collaborators.
• Experience with WordPress or other CMS and basic HTML/CSS.

Responsabilidades

• Develop email and action alert content for integrated campaigns.
• Create and optimize website content with SEO and accessibility best practices.
• Collaborate with teams to produce blogs, webpages, and webinars.
• Manage content production timelines and ensure consistent messaging across channels.
• Track analytics and adjust strategies to improve engagement and conversion.
