Qualifications

• Currently enrolled student eligible for federal work-study or regular wage.
• Excellent verbal and customer service skills.
• Ability to maintain donor confidentiality.
• Availability to work at least one 3-hour calling shift per week and create videos remotely.
• Start and end dates provided.

Responsibilities

• Send texts, emails, and video messages to engage constituents.
• Record personalized video messages following scripts while sharing your Mercer experience.
• Call current and prospective donors to update contact information and request support.
• Present Mercer positively and professionally to reflect the University’s mission.
• Interviews will be conducted and paid training provided.
