Job summary

Encoura, LLC is hiring Engagement Ambassadors to work remotely in the United States. This part-time position involves reaching out to donors to donate, verify information, and share institutional updates via text, video, or phone while representing partner institutions.

You will enter data into our system, meet or exceed goals, and complete mandatory trainings. Starting wage is $12.00 per hour with longevity-based merit increases; benefits such as health coverage are not included for this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or greater.
• Strong command of English (verbal and written).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Must be able to work remote and use online resources.

Responsibilities

• Contact donors and prospects to collect donations, verify information, and share institutional updates.
• Capable of following an outline script to engage in meaningful communication with prospects.
• Accurately enter data into our computer system.
• Meet or exceed goals as outlined by your manager.
• Work a minimum of 12 hours per week.
• Pass new hire and compliance trainings.
