Job summary

DataAnnotation seeks an experienced Digital Web Designer - AI Trainer for evaluating frontier AI models on visual design tasks. This contract role lets you build design briefs, run them through AI tools, and assess results against professional standards.

You will work from Greenwood Village, CO (remote) on a per-hour basis, with USD 75–125 and PayPal payments. Independent contractor, choose projects and schedule, using your own computer. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Native or bilingual English proficiency required.
• Experience in UI/UX, web, product, or graphic design.
• Strong sense of visual hierarchy and typography.
• Ability to explain design failures clearly and concisely.
• Comfort with AI design tools or rapid learning ability.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Create realistic design briefs from professional expertise.
• Run briefs through frontier AI design tools and judge outputs.
• Compare model versions on identical prompts and assets.
• Review and critique model-generated interfaces, layouts, and visuals.
• Flag concrete failures with evidence (alignment, overflow, typography).
• Contribute across software, interactive work, and new media.
