Job summary
Solventum is seeking a Digital Dentistry Leader to define and execute the global digital strategy across Dental Solutions. You will own the multi-year roadmap, translate clinician needs into actionable product requirements, and lead a portfolio that spans Aligners, Retainers, DBT, and Restorative Design.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience in digital product management, platform strategy, portfolio management, digital health, MedTech or healthcare technology.
- Experience translating customer or clinical needs into digital product requirements and solutions.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute Solventum Digital Dentistry strategy and roadmap across Dental Solutions.
- Lead portfolio and roadmap prioritization with cross-functional teams.
- Drive integrated alignment across PM, Architecture, Marketing, R&D, Quality and Regulatory.
- Mentor Product Managers and build capability in discovery, prioritization and post-launch learning.
- Ensure agile delivery and evidence-based decision-making across a global matrix organization.
