Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in digital product management or related field.
- Experience translating customer or clinical needs into digital product requirements and solutions.
- Strong leadership and strategic portfolio management skills.
- Experience with dental/health tech ecosystems.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute global digital strategy across Dental Solutions Business.
- Own multi-year roadmap and translate clinician needs into requirements.
- Lead cross-functional teams including R&D, Marketing, Regulatory and Quality.
- Identify partnerships to accelerate ecosystem growth and product development.
- Develop talent and promote agile, data-driven execution.
