Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience in digital product management, platform strategy, portfolio management, digital health, MedTech or healthcare technology.
• Experience translating customer or clinical needs into digital product requirements and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Solventum Dental Solutions' digital strategy and roadmap across Dental Solutions, aligning with clinician needs and market opportunities.
• Own the Clarity Portal strategy and multi-year roadmap to evolve a differentiated digital ecosystem.
• Translate clinician needs into clear business and product requirements and guide roadmap/prioritization decisions.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Product Management, Architecture, Marketing, R&D, Regulatory and Regional teams.
• Promote an agile, data-driven culture and develop Product Managers to enable decision-making across multiple product areas.
