Job summary

Envista is seeking a Digital Sales Manager in the Los Angeles area to drive adoption of Nobel Biocare Dexis IOS, SprintRay printers, and related digital dentistry solutions. You will manage leads, build customized client presentations, and lead multi-quarter plans to exceed regional sales goals.

You will travel as needed, collaborate with Nobel teams, and become the technical expert on the digital workflow. A strong B2B sales background and CRM proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; we will consider 4+ years of B2B sales in lieu of a degree.
• 3+ years of successful B2B dental/medical sales experience or equivalent.
• Ability to travel including evenings, weekends and overnight stays.
• Must reside within the designated geography of Los Angeles, CA or surrounding area.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales quotas within the assigned region.
• Assess and manage sales funnel to drive quota achievement and planning accuracy.
• Partner with local Nobel sales teams to identify new/existing customer opportunities.
• Build and lead personalized, customer presentations on Nobel’s digital workflow.
• Develop and implement a multi-quarter sales plan aligned with territory goals.
• Assess and communicate regional sales trends.
• Become technical expert in Dexis Intra Oral scanners and SprintRay 3D Printers.
• Frequent travel including some nights/weekends for customer contact.
• Work trade shows and events; review data in CRM to pursue new opportunities.
