Job summary

Envista Holdings Corporation is seeking a Digital Sales Manager to represent Nobel Biocare Dexis IOS, SprintRay 3D Printing Suite, X-Guide Navigated Surgery, and other digital dentistry offerings. The DSM drives unit purchases through solution selling and guides customers from evaluation to extensive usage.

The role requires building regional plans, managing the sales funnel, collaborating with local Nobel sales teams, and traveling up to 40% to client sites and trade shows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent years of experience.
• 3+ years of sales experience within Envista or equivalent dental/medical company, OR 5+ years of B2B sales experience

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales quotas within assigned region.
• Assess and manage sales funnel to drive quota achievement and planning accuracy.
• Partner with local Nobel sales teams to identify new/existing customer opportunities.
• Build and lead personalized, customer presentations on Nobel’s digital workflow.
• Develop and implement a multi-quarter sales plan aligned with territory and region goals.
• Assess and communicate regional sales trends.
• Become technical expert in the workflows associated with Dexis Intra Oral scanners and SprintRay 3D Printers.
• Frequent travel including some nights/weekends for contact with existing and potential customers.
• Schedule must follow sales plan and logical routing plan.
• Work trade shows / customer marketing & education events.
• Regularly review data in CRM and other tools to identify and pursue new opportunities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
