Gleaners Food Bank of Indiana, a leading hunger-relief organization, is seeking a Digital Content Specialist. You will lead storytelling across digital channels, shoot and edit photos and videos, and own day-to-day organic social media management.

Collaborate with Marketing to maintain brand standards and drive engagement, with remote work option for residents in allowed states. You will coordinate with teams, manage content calendars, and optimize posts for platforms.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience in marketing, communications or related field.
• 2+ years of social media management experience for a brand or organization preferred.
• Must have a strong understanding of the social media space, social communities, and trends.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with marketing, fundraising, and senior leadership teams to create engaging content that aligns with brand.
• Work with Director of Marketing to execute digital marketing strategies, maintaining editorial calendars for Gleaners.
• Actively engage with audiences on all platforms, responding to messages and comments in a timely manner and escalating any questions or issues as necessary.
• Manage time-sensitive content, ensuring timeliness of urgent posts.
• Shoot and edit photo and video content within brand parameters and style.
• Assist with email marketing efforts, including maintaining monthly e-newsletter, using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
