Job summary

Gleaners Food Bank of Indiana is seeking a Digital Content Specialist to lead storytelling, shoot and edit videos, and manage all organic social media channels. You will plan, schedule, post, and analyze content to support marketing and fundraising goals.

In this remote role, you will collaborate with the Marketing Director and Creative Services to maintain brand standards and drive engagement across digital platforms, using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other tools as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience in marketing, communications or related field.
• 2+ years of social media management experience for a brand or organization preferred.
• Strong understanding of the social media space, communities, and trends.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing, fundraising, and senior leadership to create engaging content aligned with brand.
• Execute digital marketing strategies and maintain editorial calendars.
• Engage with audiences on all platforms and manage timely posts.
• Shoot and edit photo and video content within brand parameters.
• Manage storytelling assets and centralize them in a story bank.
• Assist with email marketing and website management as needed.
• Monitor social engagement and optimize content strategy with partners.
