Gleaners Food Bank of Indiana is seeking a Digital Content Specialist to drive storytelling across digital channels and manage organic social media. You will shoot and edit photos and videos, plan content calendars, and collaborate with the Creative Services Specialist to maintain brand standards.

You will lead day-to-day social media, engage audiences, analyze performance, and support email marketing and website updates.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing or communications.
• 2+ years of social media management experience for a brand or org.
• Strong understanding of the social media space, communities, and trends.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with marketing, fundraising, and senior leadership to create engaging content aligned with brand.
• Execute digital marketing strategies and maintain editorial calendars.
• Engage with audiences on all platforms; respond to messages and comments in a timely manner.
• Shoot and edit photo and video content within brand parameters.
• Oversee asset collection and centralize storytelling assets in a story bank.
• Support email marketing and website updates; use Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
