Gleaners Food Bank of Indiana is seeking a Digital Content Specialist within the marketing and communications team to develop and implement digital strategies, lead storytelling through videos and photos, and manage organic social channels.

You will collaborate with the Creative Services team, maintain brand standards, and report to the Director of Marketing while staying ahead of trends to reach donors and volunteers.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications or related field.
• 2+ years of social media management experience for a brand or organization preferred.
• Must have a strong understanding of the social media space, social communities, and trends.

• Collaborate with marketing, fundraising, and senior leadership to create engaging content.
• Execute digital marketing strategies and maintain editorial calendars for Gleaners.
• Actively engage with audiences on all platforms, responding to messages promptly.
• Manage time-sensitive content and urgent posts.
• Shoot and edit photo and video content within brand parameters.
• Manage storytelling assets and file them in a centralized story bank.
• Assist with email marketing using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Help with website management for Gleaners.
• Monitor social media engagement and optimize content with external partners.
• Capture and create engaging photos and videos at events and organize headshots.
• Stay on top of trends and identify timely opportunities for our brand.
