Townsquare Ignite seeks a Digital Campaign Manager – Media Partners to act as the technical and strategic liaison between our external Media Partners and Ignite’s centralized buying, services, and creative teams. The role focuses on strategy, setup, optimization, and reporting of digital campaigns to drive revenue growth and Partner satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in digital advertising, campaign management, or related field.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising strategies, targeting, campaign execution and optimization.
• Experience with digital advertising messaging and creative best practices.
• Exceptional communication skills to explain technical concepts and campaign performance to partners and teams.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills across departments and external stakeholders.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying collaborative.
• 4-year college degree or comparable work experience required.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Media Partners to understand client objectives, KPIs, targeting needs and campaign strategies.
• Provide strategic guidance on digital capabilities, campaign structure, targeting, and tactics.
• Review and approve campaign proposals to align with client objectives and product capabilities.
• Serve as a strategic resource, offering product education and best practices to support growth.
• Guide Media Partners on messaging, creative best practices, and targeting across programmatic, social, and SEM.
• Coordinate with partners to gather campaign requirements, pixels, budgets, and flight dates.
• Oversee insertion order accuracy and trafficking with centralized teams.
• Maintain clear communication between Media Partners and internal teams through launches.
• Monitor performance, pacing, and delivery; implement optimizations.
• Provide partners with performance insights, reporting, and recommendations for renewal and upsell.
