Job summary

Sunflower Bank, N.A. is seeking a Digital Banking Solutions Manager to lead the strategy, administration, support, and enhancement of its digital banking platforms, including online and mobile banking, payments, and treasury management.

You will direct the digital banking team and coordinate with business leaders, IT, risk, and vendors to deliver secure, compliant, and customer-centric experiences. The role emphasizes ensuring platform availability, driving improvements, and managing the product

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience with Digital Banking products, Treasury Management, and Product Management in banking.
• Experience in managing and leading support teams.
• Extensive knowledge of payment solutions; CTP or AAP certifications are a plus.
• Must be able to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the digital banking solutions roadmap with input from strategic partners.
• Serve as technical owner for online and mobile banking solutions.
• Prioritize and manage enhancement requests.
• Lead vendor relationships and contract performance reviews.
• Coordinate platform upgrades, testing, and releases.
• Partner with Information Security and Compliance on risk management activities.
• Develop business cases and ROI analyses for digital initiatives.
• Support Treasury Management and Retail Banking digital strategies.
• Report on KPIs and digital performance metrics to leadership.
• Ensure platform availability, reliability, and service quality.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from strategic planning to execution.
• Lead and develop the Digital Banking Solutions Team to resolve incidents and deliver initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
