Job summary

Sunflower Bank, N.A. is seeking a Digital Platform Engineer to lead the digital banking platform strategy, roadmap, and vendor relations.

The role involves owning the online and mobile banking solutions, coordinating upgrades, and driving secure, compliant digital experiences across channels. You will work with business leaders and technology partners to deliver customer-centric digital banking initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent and 3-5 years of previous banking experience; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
• 3-5 years of experience with Digital Banking products, Treasury Management, and Product Management, especially in the commercial banking industry.
• Experience in managing and leading support teams.
• Extensive knowledge of payment solutions, CTP or AAP certifications is a plus
• Must be able to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the digital banking platform roadmap with input from strategic business partners and stakeholders.
• Serves as technical owner for online and mobile banking solutions.
• Prioritize and manage enhancement requests.
• Lead vendor relationships and contract performance reviews.
• Coordinate platform upgrades, testing, and releases.
• Partner with Information Security and Compliance on risk management activities.
