Sunflower Bank, N.A. is seeking a Digital Banking Solutions Manager to drive the strategic direction, administration, support, and enhancements of the bank's digital platforms, including online and mobile banking, and payments.

You will lead the digital banking analyst and support teams and work with stakeholders to deliver secure, compliant, customer-centric experiences. The role requires 3–5 years in digital banking or Treasury Management, with strong leadership and vendor management

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience with Digital Banking products and Treasury Management.
• Experience managing and leading support teams.
• Knowledge of payment solutions; CTP or AAP certifications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the digital banking solutions roadmap.
• Serve as technical owner for online and mobile banking.
• Lead vendor relationships and contract reviews.
• Coordinate platform upgrades, testing, and releases.
• Report on KPIs and digital performance to leadership.
