Job summary

Forbright Bank seeks a Senior Manager, Digital Experience Technical Specialist to lead client-facing technology platforms. You will troubleshoot, implement solutions, and drive continuous improvements across digital account opening and online banking.

Requires a strong technical background with 6+ years in technology, 3+ years as a frontend/full‑stack developer, and experience with APIs and cloud architectures. Hybrid remote/in‑office work and competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is required.
• Minimum 6 years in technology, preferably in financial services.
• Minimum 3 years as frontline or full‑stack developer in finance.
• Strong cloud and microservices knowledge; reading API specs helpful.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL; Python preferred.
• Experience integrating with Q2, Alloy, MANTL, Finxact or similar.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the self‑service banking strategy.
• Serve as SME for digital account opening and online banking platforms.
• Maintain and troubleshoot digital platforms; provide tech support.
• Create and maintain internal technical documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement enhancements.
• Produce POC solutions to validate feasibility.
• Communicate with internal and external partners.
