JBS International is seeking a high-impact Digital Automation & Solutions Lead to create and guide a modern digital capability. This player‑coach leader will define strategy, build governance, and deliver hands-on solutions while scaling a sustainable practice.

You will partner with Digital Services and client teams to drive measurable business outcomes through automation, data enablement, and practical AI deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or related field.
• 8+ years in digital solutions, automation, analytics, data platforms, or solution architecture.
• 5+ years building analytics/data platforms and data-driven solutions.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with AI use cases.

Responsibilities

• Serve as hands-on player-coach, balancing strategy with solution design and delivery.
• Lead end-to-end delivery including workflow design, dashboards, reporting, and automation.
• Develop reusable accelerators, templates, and scalable solution frameworks.
• Establish governance, security, and best practices for scalable digital solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders to improve operational efficiency through process redesign and automation.
