Job summary

JBS International, Inc. is seeking a Digital Automation & Solutions Lead to establish and lead a modern digital capability across automation, low-code/no-code, data enablement, analytics, and practical AI applications.

This leadership role combines strategy, governance, and hands-on delivery in a fast-paced environment. Based remotely in the US with hybrid options for nearby offices, the role partners with Digital Services and client-facing teams to deliver measurable outcomes using modern

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science or related field.
8+ years of experience in digital solutions, automation, analytics, data platforms, or solution architecture.
5+ years of analytics and data platforms experience (e.g., Snowflake, BI tools, SQL, Salesforce).
Python and SQL programming skills are required; experience with AI-based capabilities is a plus.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder enablement skills.

Responsibilities

Lead hands-on development and delivery of digital solutions and workflow automations.
Translate business needs into MVPs and scalable operational solutions.
Establish governance, reusable templates, and scalable solution patterns.
Mentor staff in low-code/no-code delivery and governance.
Partner with stakeholders to improve operational efficiency through automation.
