Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Lead, Digital & Data Analytics in New Brunswick, NJ. You will drive AI-enabled data solutions, lead cross-functional teams, and manage complex analytics programs within Global Supply Chain Services.

Responsibilities include delivering scalable digital initiatives, stakeholder engagement, and value realization; preferred experience with Power Platform, Power BI, SQL, Python, Azure, and Copilot technologies.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience applying various AI tools for intelligent automation, analytics and reporting.
Hands-on experience with modern analytics, automation, and data platforms such as Power Platform, Power BI, SQL, Python, Azure, Fabric, APIs, Copilot Studio, GitHub Copilot, or similar technologies. Coding in Python will be a big bonus.
Experience leading rapid digital, analytics, automation, or transformation initiatives from concept through delivery, adoption, and value realization.
Strong project management skills, including stakeholder management, risk management, delivery governance, and benefits tracking.
Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into scalable solutions, measurable outcomes, and actionable delivery plans.
Strong communication, storytelling, and executive engagement skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working across global, cross functional tech and business teams
Proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

Design, deliver, and scale automated data and AI-enabled solutions to replace manual processes, improve data quality, and accelerate digital delivery.
Apply approved AI, GenAI, Copilot, and automation tools to improve development speed, documentation, testing, user enablement, and solution quality.
Partner with business, technology, data, enterprise, and regional teams to deliver with AI.
Identify repeatable patterns, reusable assets, and productivity accelerators that can be scaled across projects and teams.
Lead complex digital and analytics initiatives from intake through delivery, adoption, documentation, and value tracking.
Translate ambiguous business needs into clear problem statements, scope, milestones, success measures, risks, and delivery plans.
Conversely, translate complex technical jargon into easy to digest information for our non-technical audience
Manage timelines, dependencies, priorities, risks, budgets, external partners, and stakeholder expectations.
Communicate progress, decisions, risks, value, and adoption needs through concise executive updates and strong storytelling.
Proactively conduct lessons learned sessions to improve ways of working.
