Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a resourceful digital asset operations and automation specialist for a 9-month contract. The role is fully remote with PST alignment and pays $65-70/hr, supporting North America and global programs.

You will scale DAM workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and optimize asset onboarding, metadata, and taxonomy across large datasets using Orange Logic and related tools. Strong initiative and data-driven problem solving are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in digital asset management or content operations in an enterprise DAM.
• Hands-on configuration and administration in an enterprise DAM platform (Orange Logic preferred) including bulk operations across large asset sets.
• Experience reducing recurring manual processes with measurable impact.
• Proficient in using reports/CSV exports to scope, execute, and verify asset operations.
• Experience applying metadata schemas, taxonomies, and naming conventions across large asset sets.
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume asset operations within Orange Logic, including bulk metadata edits and large-scale library remediation.
• Identify recurring manual processes and convert them into repeatable automation.
• Configure and maintain platform elements supporting daily DAM operations and reporting.
• Document procedures so work is repeatable and scalable.
• Partner with vendor services to build in-house capability and knowledge sharing.
