Job summary

Blue Star Families, Inc. seeks an independent contractor for project-based digital asset management. You will govern the Canto library, build national and chapter intake portals, and ensure compliance with brand and privacy standards.

You'll perform QA on submissions, tag legacy content, and prepare SOPs, portals, and monthly governance reports. Flexible scheduling, up to 25 hours/week, remote work available.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital asset management and Canto platform.
• Ability to build and manage intake portals and guidelines.
• Strong QA and asset review capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall organization and structure of the Canto library.
• Build and manage upload links and portals for national and chapter use.
• Review incoming photos for quality and compliance; approve or reject assets.
• Tag and categorize legacy content; perform deduplication and re-tagging.
• Deliver SOPs, custom intake portals, migration plan, and monthly reports.
