Job summary

Perch Energy is seeking a Digital Affiliate Channel Manager to grow our digital affiliate program across active markets. You will own partner relationships, campaign execution, and performance optimization, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Analytics, Product, and technical teams.

The ideal candidate is data-driven, commercially minded, and experienced in managing partnerships that deliver measurable customer acquisition results across a remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in digital affiliate marketing or related field.
• Experience managing affiliate or digital acquisition partners.
• Strong knowledge of acquisition funnels and performance metrics.
• Experience hitting CAC, conversion, volume, and quality targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships with existing affiliate partners.
• Identify, recruit, onboard new affiliate partners.
• Own performance of the Digital Affiliate channel against key targets.
• Coordinate digital affiliate campaigns across markets and products.
• Coordinate integrations, tracking, lead delivery, and enrollment workflows.
