Job summary

Grandir Solutions is seeking a Digital Account Manager to join our remote-friendly, high-growth marketing team. You’ll manage SMB client portfolios, implement tailored digital strategies across SEO, PPC, content, and social campaigns, and lead client meetings with ROI-driven reporting.

This client-facing role requires initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to drive projects from inception to completion.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in digital marketing, SEO, social media, or account management.
• 2+ years in client or stakeholder management.
• Experience in post-sales account management or full life cycle sales with focus on post-sales.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of SMB clients with tailored marketing strategies across SEO, AIO, PPC, SEM, content, and social campaigns.
• Lead consultative client meetings and present ROI-focused campaign performance reports.
• Onboard, nurture, retain, grow, and expand client relationships.
