Pomelo Care is a leading virtual medical practice for women and children, delivering care across pregnancy, postpartum, pediatrics, menopause, and perimenopause. As a licensed RD/RDN, you will provide synchronous nutrition care via telehealth within a multidisciplinary team, supporting midlife health journeys and women's wellness.

This 1099 independent contractor role offers total scheduling flexibility, requiring at least 10 patient-facing hours per week.

Qualifications

• National certification as a RD or RDN with a license to practice in any US state.
• Candidates licensed in multiple states are encouraged to apply.
• Minimum of 2 years of evidence-based nutrition counseling.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Comfort using telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and EMR.
• Strong clinical independence and collaborative mindset for multidisciplinary care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits to provide one-on-one nutritional care for midlife and menopausal transitions.
• Collaborate within a multi-specialty care team to ensure cohesive care plans.
• Partner with patients over multi-week program format to support lifestyle changes.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focused on metabolic health, bone health, and gut health.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Uphold clinical, privacy, and compliance standards for visits.
