Job summary
Pomelo Care, a leading virtual medical practice for women and children, offers nutrition-focused telehealth for midlife and menopausal transitions. RDs provide evidence-based care, collaborate with medical providers and therapists, and guide patients through multi-week programs to improve metabolic and gut health while maintaining strict privacy and documentation standards.

Qualifications
- National RD/RDN certification with an active US license.
- Minimum 2 years of evidence-based nutrition counseling.
- Available for at least 10 patient-facing hours per week.
- Experience with telehealth platforms and EMR systems.
Responsibilities
- Conduct synchronous video visits to provide one-on-one nutritional care.
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary care team to ensure cohesive care plans.
- Partner with patients over multi-week programs to drive sustainable lifestyle changes.
- Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic health and bone/gut health.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure privacy/compliance.
