Job summary
Pomelo Care is expanding our network of registered dietitians to deliver expert virtual nutrition care for women navigating perimenopause and menopause. You will conduct synchronous video visits, collaborating with medical providers and therapists to deliver a cohesive care plan that supports sustainable lifestyle changes.
This independent contractor role offers total schedule freedom, competitive per-visit compensation, and onboarding bonuses.
Qualifications
- National RD/RDN certification with license to practice in any US state.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience providing evidence-based nutrition counseling.
- Commit to at least 10 patient-facing hours per week.
- Comfort using telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and EMR.
- Strong clinical independence with excellent communication and collaboration in multidisciplinary care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct synchronous video visits to provide one-on-one nutritional care for midlife and menopausal patients.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure cohesive care plans.
- Partner with patients over multi-week programs to support sustainable lifestyle changes.
- Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic health and bone and gut health.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and comply with privacy standards.
