Job summary

Pomelo Care is a leading virtual medical practice for women and children, expanding its network of Registered Dietitians to deliver expert, compassionate telehealth nutrition care for perimenopause and menopause transitions. In this 1099 independent contractor role, you set your own schedule while collaborating with a multi-specialty care model.

You will receive competitive pay per active visit hour, onboarding bonus after first visit, and support with scheduling, credentialing, and AI

Qualifications

• Must be a Nationally certified RD/RDN with license to practice in any US state.
• Minimum of 2 years of evidence-based nutrition counseling experience.
• Available for at least 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Comfort with telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and EMR systems.
• Strong clinical independence and collaborative multidisciplinary approach.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits delivering one-on-one nutritional care for midlife and menopausal transitions.
• Collaborate with a multi-specialty care team to ensure cohesive care plans.
• Guide patients through multi-week programs to support sustainable lifestyle changes.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic health, body composition, bone and gut health.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Uphold privacy and compliance standards for visits on the Pomelo platform.
