Pomelo Care is a leading virtual medical practice delivering care to women and children across pregnancy, postpartum, pediatrics, menopause, and perimenopause. We connect patients with registered dietitians for synchronous telehealth nutrition care.

As an Indiana-licensed RD/RDN working as an independent contractor, you will provide care with no employee benefits, commit to at least 10 patient-facing hours weekly, and support diverse midlife patients through guided programs and lifestyle changes.

Qualifications

• National RD/RDN certification and Indiana license to practice.
• Minimum 3 years of evidence-based nutrition therapy experience.
• Experience with metabolic syndrome, weight management, osteoporosis, gut health, and plant-forward diets.
• Comfort using telehealth platforms and electronic documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits with patients navigating midlife and menopause transitions.
• Provide one-on-one virtual nutrition care via phone and video calls.
• Lead multi-week programs to support symptom improvement and behavior change.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of visits and care plans.
• Follow clinical, documentation, privacy, quality, and compliance standards.
