Job summary

Pomelo Care is a leading virtual medical practice focusing on women and children, delivering care across pregnancy, postpartum, pediatrics, menopause, and perimenopause. We are building a network of experienced registered dietitians to provide synchronous patient visits for midlife nutrition and menopause transitions.

As a 1099 independent contractor in Michigan, you will conduct remote telehealth visits, provide nutrition care, and participate in multi-week programs.

Qualifications

• National RD/RDN with Michigan license required.
• Minimum 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• 3+ years of evidence-based nutrition therapy experience.
• Experience with metabolic syndrome, weight management, osteopenia/osteoporosis, gut health, and plant-forward diets.
• Comfort with telehealth platforms and patient documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits with patients via telehealth.
• Provide one-on-one virtual nutrition care to support lifestyle changes.
• Work with patients in multi-week programs for symptom improvement.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation.
• Follow Pomelo standards for visits, privacy, and compliance.
