Qualifications

• National RD/RDN certification with Indiana licensure.
• Commitment of at least 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Minimum 3 years of evidence-based nutrition therapy experience.
• Comfort with telehealth, documentation systems, and independent work.
• Strong clinical judgment for autonomous patient visits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits for midlife, perimenopause, and menopause care.
• Provide one-on-one virtual nutrition counseling via phone/video.
• Support patients in a multi-week program to improve symptoms and behaviors.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation.
• Adhere to clinical, documentation, privacy, quality, and compliance standards.
