• Proven experience managing outbound and inbound campaigns with focus on conversion, contact rate, and efficiency.
• Experience developing targeting strategies, segmentation models, and performance optimization initiatives.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, Analytics, Technology, and Vendor partners.
