Tennant Solutions is hiring a Business Development Manager—Diagnostics Kitting to drive the expansion into at-home test manufacturers, reference labs, and clinical trial sponsors. This is a true hunter role, building a new pipeline from scratch and closing new logos in a growing diagnostics market.

The successful candidate will prospect, open accounts, and manage full-cycle sales, translating complex kitting capabilities into compelling, regulatory-compliant value propositions.

Formación

• 3+ years of medical device industry sales experience.
• Proven ability to prospect and close new logos.
• Comfort selling technical, custom-engineered solutions.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for client visits, trade shows, and conferences.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect and open new accounts across diagnostics manufacturers, reference labs, and clinical trial sponsors.
• Build and manage a full-cycle sales pipeline from cold outreach through proposal, negotiation, and close.
• Translate kitting capabilities into a value proposition addressing regulatory pressure, IVDR/FDA compliance, and supply chain reliability.
• Partner with operations and quality teams to scope, validate feasibility, and price new business.
• Represent Tennant Solutions at industry events to build visibility in a new market.
