Job summary

Tandem Diabetes Care is seeking a Clinical Support Specialist to educate and support customers primarily via phone or video. You will handle escalated clinical inquiries, deliver remote trainings, and document interactions in our CRM with precision.

Requires 5 years of clinical diabetes experience and hands-on use of insulin pumps and CGMs. This fully remote role is available in the United States with PST hours and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer education skills.
• Experience in diabetes care and insulin pumps/CGMs.
• Ability to conduct remote trainings and document interactions.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound clinical inquiries and escalate as needed.
• Conduct scheduled remote pump trainings and educational classes.
• Record accurate CRM notes and coordinate with CTS and sales teams.
• Represent customers' needs and ensure regulatory compliance.
