Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills for education of customers and health care professionals.
• 5 years of clinical diabetes education experience with customers, physicians, and professionals.

Responsibilities

• Responds to inbound calls/emails within one business day when escalation is needed.
• Conducts scheduled video remote pump trainings per procedures.
• Uses approved guidelines to respond to customer questions and training needs.
• Records accurate CRM documentation of customer contacts.
• Conducts educational classes on diabetes technology and pump therapy.
