Job summary

The Clinical Support Specialist (CLSS) at Tandem Diabetes Care is responsible for providing product education, training and support to customers primarily by phone or video. You will assess complexity and deliver the highest resolution with guidance from CTS and clinical/sales leadership.

Remote position open to US applicants, with West Coast preference. Typical schedule Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM PST; requires 5 years diabetes education experience and CDCES certification or eligible, plus

Qualifications

• Knowledge and ability to educate customers and health care professionals about diabetes technology.
• Certification as CDCES or eligibility; RN/RD/RPh preferred with licensure maintained.
• Minimum experience in diabetes education and pump/CGM workflows.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound clinical/escalated inquiries within one business day.
• Conduct scheduled video trainings and use approved guidelines for education.
• Provide product information and escalate issues to CTS as needed.
• Document customer interactions clearly in the CRM system.
• Educate customers via virtual classes on diabetes technology and pump therapy.
