Job summary

Tandem Diabetes Care is seeking a Clinical Support Specialist to provide product education, training, and clinical support to customers primarily by phone or video. This fully remote role is open to candidates in the United States, with PST hours and equipment provided.

You will conduct virtual trainings, document interactions in CRM, and collaborate with field teams to resolve escalations while upholding HIPAA and company guidelines. A CDCES or equivalent certification is required or eligible.

Qualifications

• RN/RD/RPh or equivalent plus CDCES or CDCES-eligible.
• Continuing education on patient education for insulin pump therapy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual educational classes for customers on diabetes technology and pump therapy.
• Record accurate documentation of customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Provide product/service information via health fairs, conventions, or promotions.
• Respond to inbound calls/emails and escalate when needed.
• Work remotely with teams and ensure HIPAA compliance.
