Job summary

MiniMed is seeking a Diabetes Clinical Educator (DCE) for the Great Plains district. This field-based role supports Nebraska, Missouri, Kansas, and Oklahoma with in-person and virtual trainings to optimize patient outcomes with MiniMed products.

You will deliver individual and group education, coordinate trainings, and partner with territory teams. Travel 75% in the territory is required; evenings/weekends may be required; strong communication and education skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid license in nursing, pharmacy, or related field and 2 years of clinical experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 0 years experience.
• Experience training patients on diabetes therapies and use of Medtronic/MiniMed products is preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, or on-call as needed.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates individual and group education—in-person and virtually—on MiniMed products.
• Provides ongoing patient educational support through calls, pilot trainings, and proactive outreach.
• Coordinates and plans group trainings and events with territory teams.
• Submits training documents within 48 hours of sessions.
• Collaborates with territory teams on therapy changes and CareLink workflows.
• Participates in district and territory planning sessions.
