Job summary

MiniMed is seeking a Clinical Territory Manager to educate health care professionals and patients on diabetes products. This field-based role supports the Youngstown, OH area and surrounding regions, with 3–5 days in the field weekly.

You will partner with sales and clinical teams to implement territory growth strategies, resolve product issues, and enhance patient experiences through expert education and hands-on demonstrations.

Qualifications

• CDCES, RN, RD, PA, NP, or Pharmacist licensure required
• Associate’s degree with 4 years of clinical experience
• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of clinical experience
• Ability to drive and travel within the territory
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Educates patients and healthcare professionals about diabetes management and Medtronic products
• Supports sales activities as a clinical resource and solution expert
• Collaborates with sales and other departments to grow the territory
• Troubleshoots clinical and technical issues related to products
• Plans and travels within the territory for seminars, events, and meetings
• Records engagements in Salesforce for timely reporting
• Participates in ongoing competency development and training
