Job summary

MiniMed is seeking a Clinical Territory Manager to educate healthcare professionals and patients on diabetes products. The role is field-based in the Youngstown, OH territory, requiring 3–5 days in the field weekly.

You will support sales teams, troubleshoot product issues, and drive territory growth through strategic collaboration and seminars. The position demands current clinical licensure and 4 years of clinical experience (associates) or 2 years (bachelor’s) and driving in-territory travel.

Qualifications

• Valid license in one or more professional fields (CDCES, RN, RD, PA, NP, Pharmacist).
• Associate’s degree with 4 years of clinical experience or Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Educates patients, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals about intensive diabetes management using Medtronic Diabetes products.
• Supports sales activities indirectly and serves as a technical resource for diabetes products and solutions.
• Collaborates with sales and other departments to develop territory growth strategies and ensure optimal patient experiences.
• Troubleshoots clinical and technical issues related to Medtronic products and assists healthcare professionals in managing patient therapy.
• Plans and presents to individuals and groups, travels within territory for seminars, events, and meetings; tracks engagements in Salesforce.
• Participates in ongoing competency development through training and industry events.
• Must have valid driver’s license and drive within assigned territory; overnight travel may be required.
