Job summary

MiniMed is seeking a Clinical Territory Manager to educate and train Health Care Professionals and patients on diabetes products. This field-based role supports the Cincinnati, OH territory, requiring 3–5 days in the field weekly.

As a clinical expert, you will collaborate with sales and other departments to drive territory growth, troubleshoot product issues, and ensure optimal patient outcomes across diverse settings.

Qualifications

• CDCES certification required.
• RN, RD, PA, NP or Pharmacist licensure or certification listed as minimum.
• Associate's degree with 4 years of clinical experience; Bachelor's with 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Educates patients and healthcare professionals about diabetes management using Medtronic Diabetes products.
• Serves as a technical resource for diabetes products and solutions.
• Collaborates with sales and other departments to grow territory and optimize patient experiences.
• Troubleshoots clinical/technical issues and assists in patient therapy management.
• Plans activities within budget and travels within territory for events and meetings.
• Documents engagements in Salesforce and participates in ongoing competency development.
