Job summary

Abbott Diabetes Care is seeking a Diabetes Sales Specialist to meet or exceed sales quotas for ADC products in a remote U.S. territory.

You will collaborate with Managed Care, Retail, and Point of Care teams, building strong relationships with physicians, nurses and other healthcare providers while staying current on market trends and competitor strategies. This field-sales role requires 2–4 years of healthcare sales experience, excellent communication, and high energy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of sales experience with a commendable track record in healthcare.
• Excellent communication skills, high energy and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales quotas/objectives for ADC Products.
• Collaborate with various channels including Managed Care, Retail, and Point of Care.
• Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external healthcare stakeholders.
• Plan and execute territory/account/call plans with goals and resources.
• Track progress and document daily activity in the CRM.
• Ensure compliance with quality guidelines and corporate policies.
