Job summary

Maximus is seeking an IT Senior Architect - DevSecOps to lead enterprise CI/CD with Jenkins Shared Libraries (Groovy), Terraform, and Crossplane across GovCloud and multi-cloud environments. This senior IC role focuses on secure software delivery and platform governance for 1,000+ government programs.

The position is remote and requires deep technical ownership, cross-functional influence with executive peers, and the ability to drive security left practices, automation, and platform adoption

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years IT experience with 5+ years in senior DevSecOps/architecture roles.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain public trust or clearance.
• Expertise in CI/CD design with GitLab, GitHub Actions and Jenkins; Groovy libraries.

Responsibilities

• Lead DevSecOps architecture for enterprise CI/CD platforms across multi-cloud targets.
• Embed security controls into pipelines and maintain compliance with FedRAMP, HIPAA, SOC 2, PCI.
• Collaborate with security, platform engineering, and governance bodies to enforce standards.
