Job summary

Maximus seeks an IT Senior Architect – DevSecOps to own the enterprise DevSecOps platform, including Jenkins Shared Libraries, Groovy, Terraform, and Crossplane-based provisioning. You will lead secure software delivery across 1,000+ government programs, driving architecture standards and platform adoption in a remote, enterprise-wide role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• 7+ years IT experience, with 5+ years in a senior DevSecOps, platform engineering, or software delivery architecture role.
• Must be a United States Citizen and eligible for Public Trust or Secret clearance; active clearance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the principal architect for the Maximus enterprise DevSecOps platform, defining reference architectures, pipeline standards, and security guardrails across deployment targets.
• Establish and maintain canonical CI/CD pipeline model from source control through cloud deployment, including static code analysis, SAST/DAST scans, artifact management, and policy-gated release gates.
• Provide authoritative architecture decisions for multi-environment deployment strategies on AWS, Azure, and GCP.
